After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. To change your order prior to shipment, you must email Customer Service at Contact Us. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After your request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. Packages received by CroscillOutlet.com without a valid Return Authorization Number will be returned to the consumer.

- Obtain tracking numbers in case of loss.
- We Cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return. Croscill is not responsible for lost items. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
